Last updated: 5 September 2026. This policy explains what Agile Growth Tech collects when you use this website or buy one of our services, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Agile Growth Tech is a software engineering team based in Delhi-NCR, India, operating under Opernova Technologies LLP. You can reach us at business@agilegrowthtech.com or +91 76299 54988 about anything on this page.
We collect the name, email address, phone number and project description you type in. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. The submission is sent to us by email; we do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone outside the team.
The booking calendar on our consultation page is provided by Calendly. When you use it, Calendly collects the details you enter and may set cookies in your browser. That processing is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own pages. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the name and email you used.
To audit or fix an application we need access to your repository or a copy of the code, and sometimes credentials for services it depends on. We treat all of it as confidential. We use it only to do the work you have asked for, we do not share it outside the team, and we do not reuse your code in anyone else’s project. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request. Ask us before you send anything and we will send one back the same day.
We keep a copy of the code only for as long as the engagement needs it. Ask us to delete it and we will, and we will confirm when it is done. Where you have given us credentials, revoke them once the work is finished; we will remind you.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read and where they arrive from. This tells us things like “forty people read the rescue page this week”. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our email provider, our scheduling provider, our payment provider and our analytics provider. Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell personal data to anyone, in any circumstances.
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Records relating to paid work are kept as long as we are required to for accounting purposes. Code and credentials are deleted on request, or when the engagement ends.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email business@agilegrowthtech.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
We operate from India and serve clients worldwide. If you are outside India, the data you send us will be processed in India and by the service providers named above, which may be in other countries.
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no version history yet because this is the first version.
